I am Anna. My work sits at the point where communication and identity meet, because at work they are rarely separate. How you disagree, how much of yourself you bring into a room, what you allow yourself to want — these are not soft topics. They decide what gets said and what stays unsaid.

I work with people who are articulate in their own heads and lose that clarity the moment it matters. Sometimes the reason is a second language. Sometimes it is a rule nobody ever wrote down but everybody follows. Sometimes it is the quiet suspicion that the thing you are working toward was never actually yours.

I am direct and I do not deal in scripts. Phrases you memorise fall apart under pressure. What holds is knowing what you actually mean, which is slower to build and considerably harder to take away from you.
