Structured development programmes for lasting change
Leadership Performance Programme
Intensive development programme focusing on the basics of project management and people & culture. In the first four weeks we work through the fundamentals of project management in four 1:1 sessions. In weeks five to eight we deepen the basics of people & culture development in four further 1:1 sessions.
